Terms of Service

These terms of service outline the agreement between the event photographer (referred to as "the photographer," "we," or "us") and the client (referred to as "you" or "the client") for event photography services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

Booking and Payment: a. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the event date and time. b. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event. c. Payments can be made via the agreed-upon method (cash, bank transfer, online payment, etc.).
Scope of Services: a. The photographer will provide event photography services as outlined in the agreed-upon package or contract. b. The photographer will make reasonable efforts to capture the desired moments, but cannot guarantee the capture of every specific image or scene. c. The client is responsible for providing any necessary details, schedules, or specific shot requests in advance.
Usage and Copyright: a. The photographer retains the copyright to all images captured during the event. b. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. c. The client may not sell, publish, or use the images for commercial purposes without the explicit written permission of the photographer.
Delivery of Images: a. The photographer will provide a selection of edited, high-resolution digital images within the agreed-upon timeframe. b. The specific number of images delivered will depend on the package selected and the duration of the event. c. The photographer will provide the images in a suitable format via a secure online gallery or other agreed-upon method.
Image Editing and Retouching: a. The photographer will perform basic post-processing and editing on the selected images. b. Extensive retouching, advanced editing, or additional special requests may incur an additional fee.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: a. The client must provide notice of any cancellation or request for rescheduling as early as possible. b. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. c. In the event of cancellation by the photographer due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
Limitation of Liability: a. The photographer will take reasonable care to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the services. b. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, severe weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the photographer's liability is limited to a refund of any payments made.
Model Release: a. The client agrees that the photographer may use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online portfolios, social media, and marketing materials. b. If the client prefers not to have their images used for promotional purposes, they must inform the photographer in writing.
These terms of service constitute the entire agreement between the photographer and the client. Any changes or modifications must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of service.
